In 2003, AS Hanzas Maiznīca received the quality management certificate ISO 9001:2000 and the food safety assurance certificate HACCP. Also, the company’s operation is based upon principles of an environmental management, work safety and safe management system.
The quality management assurance system at the company is constantly being updated, so as to ensure production of the highest quality and safety of products.
The company’s main quality goal is to ensure that the customer is always satisfied with the quality of production and service provided.
