Assortment
Several products of Hanzas Maiznīcas have gained high recognition among customers. Brokastu white bread produced by Hanzas Maiznīcas is the most popular wheat bread in Latvia, but the number one rye bread is Kuršu rye bread.
Bread factories
Hanzas Maiznīcas goods are produced in three bakeries, two of which are located in Riga and one in Rezekne.
Quality control
The compliance of the bakery’s production with the highest quality standards is attested by the international certificates - ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005.
