28,000 –the number of sandwiches made and offered to the participants of Nordea Riga marathon on 22 May exceeding the number of 25,000 sandwiches estimated a day earlier. A team of 10 cooks worked from 6:00 a.m. to ensure the record by offering a fresh, healthy and tasty sandwich to each of the participants of the marathon.
